Nur Graphics provides professional design services including:

• Product listing images for Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify
• Main product photography and lifestyle images
• Infographics and branded overlays
• Amazon A+ content design
• Packaging and label design
• Video editing and branding services
• Ongoing design support for long-term clients

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

2.1 Order Process

To place an order, you can contact us through:

• Phone or video call

Tell us what you need, and we will guide you through the process step by step.

2.2 Required Information

To start your order, please provide:

• Product photos or materials
• Your logo and brand colors
• Any examples or reference ideas you like
• Specific requirements and preferences
• Target platform specifications (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)

The more details you share, the better we can deliver results that match your vision.

3.1 Included Revisions

Each package includes a set number of free revisions as agreed upon at the start of the project. We listen to your feedback carefully and make changes until you are satisfied with the final design.

3.2 Additional Revisions

If you require revisions beyond the included number, additional fees may apply. We will inform you of any extra charges before proceeding with additional work.

3.3 Revision Timeline

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the initial design. After this period, changes may be considered as a new project and subject to additional fees.

4.1 Completion Time

Most projects are completed within two to five business days, depending on the size and complexity of the requirements. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4.2 Delivery Method

We deliver final files through your preferred method:

• Slack Workspace
• WeTransfer
• Other secure file transfer methods

4.3 Delays

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including incomplete information, delayed client feedback, or technical issues. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Credit/debit cards
• Other secure payment methods as agreed

Payment details will be shared once your project is confirmed.

5.2 Payment Schedule

You only make the payment once you are happy with the final design. We want you to feel fully satisfied before completing the order. For larger projects, we may require a deposit or milestone payments.

5.3 Late Payments

Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing support or additional fees.

6.1 Order Modifications

You can modify or cancel your order before work begins. Once a project is in progress, partial charges may apply depending on the work completed.

6.2 Refund Policy

We aim for complete satisfaction with every project. If something does not go as planned, we will review the situation and work together to find a fair solution. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons.

6.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after approval and delivery
• Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback
• Delays caused by the client
• Completed work that meets the agreed specifications

7.1 Ownership Transfer

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables and have the right to use them for your business purposes. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 Client-Provided Materials

You represent and warrant that all materials, images, logos, and content you provide do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and licenses.

7.3 Stock Assets

Any stock photos, graphics, or fonts used in your project will be properly licensed. Additional fees may apply for premium stock assets.

To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply high-quality materials (photos, logos, brand assets)
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Review drafts and provide clear feedback
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Use the deliverables in accordance with platform guidelines

We provide monthly or long-term design support for regular clients who need continuous updates. Support packages may include:

• Regular design updates and modifications
• Priority turnaround times
• Dedicated account management
• Brand consistency maintenance
• Seasonal campaign support

Support terms, pricing, and availability will be outlined in a separate agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nur Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We will not disclose or use your confidential information for any purpose other than providing our services, except as required by law or with your consent.

In the event of any dispute or disagreement, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation before any legal action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
